Vinotheque of Aven d’Orgnac
A amazing experience 50 meters underground
Néovinum at l’Aven d’Orgnac
A crazy project, raising wines underground
This wine library is the result of close collaboration between the Vignerons Ardéchois and Aven d’Orgnac. On March 3, 2018, no less than 4,500 bottles were lowered thanks to a human chain made by the winegrowers. Today more than 15,000 bottles rest 50 m underground.
The constant temperature of 12°, the humidity between 95 and 100%, the calm and total darkness refine the tannins and sublimate the aromas of our finest cuvées.
Live a breathtaking experience tasting in the most spectacular cave of Ardèche.
After a descent of 220 steps, accompanied by your guide specialized in oenology, taste the finest cuvées of the Vignerons Ardéchois, in absolute calm and partial darkness. Domaine Terra Noé
The showcase of the Vignerons Ardéchois!
First solidarity estate in Ardèche, worked with respect for the environment and LPO refuge. Tasting visits and numerous wine tourism activities
A Rochecolombe
Terra Noé a place steeped in history
Located in an ocean of vines, in the heart of a wild and preserved nature, our Domaine Terra Noé offers a vineyard of exceptional quality, a showcase of our know-how.
In Sauveplantade, in the town of Rochecolombe, our estate extends like an ancient theater over 25 hectares of vines bordered by hills covered with scrubland and dominating the Ardèche valley, with a breathtaking view of the Cévennes mountains.
Celebration of biodiversity
Conducted in Organic Farming, the Terra Noé Estate is a formidable reserve for Ardèche biodiversity.
Bat houses to promote the presence of bats in the vines, preservation of dry stone walls for migratory species, grassing of the plots, planting of hedges around the vines… so many actions that make this Domaine Terra Noé a emblematic place for our winegrowers and the evolution of Ardèche viticulture.
The partnership with the LPO (League for the Protection of Birds) Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes materializes this ambition, and makes it possible to identify the living species on the Terra Noé Estate, now classified as an “LPO refuge”.
The first solidarity wine estate in Ardèche
Solidarity is a safe bet in our territory.
It has made it possible to create the collective strength of the Vignerons Ardéchois, but also to restore the many villages and landscapes of the Ardèche. All of the “Ardèche Vignobles” solidarity owners participate in the life and evolution of the landscape: pruning, harvesting, planting of hedges, construction of dry stone walls, creation of nesting boxes for swallows and bats. Through original events throughout the year, work in organic farming and biodynamics is explained and taught to our members who can thus measure the benefits of viticultural practices that respect nature.
